The Council of Fashion Designers of America has named BEYONCE the official face of the limited edition "Fashion for Haiti" t-shirt. The black and lime green t-shirt will be available Feb. 16 and will be designed by Peter Arnel who also designed the "Fashion for America" t-shirt following 9/11. All proceeds will go to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.
